Her own first son might have been an accident but all her other children were planned, and she didn't spend her whole married life growing rounder and bigger and popping out kids and all over again every year--if accidents happened again, they were taken care of.
She offers her services to any woman--or even girl--that needs them: how to best welcome a baby... or not. (Also, what to do with men.)
