Here they are, playing house with a baby that has no right being there. Oh what a brillant idea to kidnap a demon and keep it for themselves! While Howard’s still fuming, Dave crash-learns how to care for a baby and gets attached in the process.
Fast forward ten years or so, Dave is gone and the girl is still here. Howard still wants nothing to do with a child—ew--but he can’t let Chorum loose, he needs to keep a leash on it. How in the hell did he end up having to fake a familial relationship, being an awkward dorky uncle, pretending to care
for Siri’s wellbeing… He does need her safe and under control but did that end up encompassing her emotional wellbeing as well as mere physiological needs?
And how in hell does he catches himself actually enjoying teaching her stuff? Oh that cannot be…
