There’s something fishy about using patients files, even anonimized and uniformized for textbook descriptions, to play dress up—and undress even more so. And yet they experiment with all four kinds of Andorian genitals for the exotic thrill of it, and the titillating blue colour for Cardassian sensibilities. Now Klingon…
Replicating the exact same genitals as Garak’s is a must have station for the sake of Knowledge!! so he can experiment and pinpoint precisely, exactly what he enjoys and how to reproduce the necessary acts. It may seem a bit clinical but being nerds who enjoy their job too much… of course they’re into a little doctor kink.
Now, using Doctor Julian Subatoi Bashir’s personal patient file is a bit iffier. When he agreed to model that EMH he didn’t consent to having it used this way.
In a worrying privacy glitch, holo Bashir can and does access it as it were his own, even though he agrees that,
He’s not me and I’m not him.
He’s some sort of legendary older brother and yes, there’s an underlying obsession with him.
‘Are you hoping to track and woo him, or become him?’
‘No, no. I’m me, and you’re the one I love.
…Well yes there’s been a time when I wasn’t so sure of what I felt towards him but now I know and come on, neither of us are that much of narcissists.

‘Aww look at the little insecure hologram…’
